XLRI, Jamshedpur will commence the XAT 2025 selection process following the announcement of the XAT results. Additionally, XLRI Jamshedpur will make the XAT 2025 response sheet available online by the second week of January 2025. Each participating institute in XAT has its unique selection procedure for 2025, and there is no centralized procedure.

The XLRI selection process through XAT 2025 scores will involve Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds scheduled for February in Delhi, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Bangalore. XLRI will shortlist candidates for its MBA-HRM and MBA-BM programs based on their XAT scores, academic records, and performance in GD/PI.
