The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will administer the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board to attain Master of Computer Application (MCA) programs.

The aspirants who have gotten their results will be able to join the counselling. Qualifying this exam, admission is granted to the course preferred by them while registration.

After registration, they will go for document scrutiny and after that seat distribution.

To register for the counselling, you will need to enter important details such as your name, course, date of birth, etc. Make sure to enter each data in the correct manner else the counseling form will be canceled. After online registration for counselling, you will need to pay the counselling fee. Without the payment of the fee for the selection, of course, the counselling will not proceed.

Distribution of the examination centre will generally be grounded on the first choice submitted by students during the online form-filing stage. The students will be required to be available on the same day. The decision of the Board regarding distribution is going to be ultimate and the appeal of the same will not be contemplated.

• Hard Copy of Counseling Registration Form.
• Original Rank Card and a self-attested Xerox copy.
• Original admit card /certificate of class x (or Any other Official Document as proof of date of Birth) and self-attested Xerox copy.
• Original marks sheet of class -X and a self-attested Xerox copy.
• Original marks sheet of Class-XII and a self-attested Xerox copy.
• All Original final marks sheets of the UG Course Passed (Such as BSc, BCA, etc.) and their self-attested Xerox copies.
• Original University Registration certificate and a self-attested Xerox copy.
• Original SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD Certificate (if applicable) and a self-attested Xerox copy.
• Original domicile certificate (if applicable) and a self-attested xerox copy.

The Process of WBJEE JECA 2024 Counselling

Aspirants will need to check the merit list of those students who have appeared for the exam. Through the merit list, they are going to be selected for counselling. The WBJEE JECA 2024 Counselling will be arranged by the concerned officials. The aspirants will need to take part in the counselling on account of marks secured in the entrance exam. Those wanting to appear for counselling will be required to possess mandatory documents. The seats are distributed to all students through their rank in the merit list.

The counselling will be held online after the announcement of the result. There will be the provision of a seat on the ground of several participating students, merit, and choice fill. After registration, students are required to provide as many choices as they wish. The choice opted can be modified within the given time. Later, the choice filling stage appears where you are asked to fill in the choice. It is notified that the choice is given for the involvement in seat distribution. To attend the seat distribution, you must complete the registration and payment process.

The allocation of the seat will be done through the scores of students, options provided, etc. After they acquire the seat, it will need to report to the institute to confirm their admission. When there is not an applicable number of students existing then the examination region will be thrown down. The aspirants will have to bring mandatory documents at the time of counselling. For the counselling involvement, aspirants must fill in the counselling form.
