Following are the procedure of UUHF 2024 counselling as mentioned below for the candidates and they should have to follow it.

• On the given schedule through authority for the counselling procedure, candidates should have to reach the counselling centre.
• Only the shortlisted candidates will be able to attend the counselling procedure if they have successfully submitted their application form.
• Applicants should have to pay the counselling fee by reach at the counselling centre and they also have to required documents for verification.
• At the various campuses of the university, admission will provide to the candidates and they should have to pay the counselling fee.

Documents to carry for the counselling procedure

• Attested photocopy of High School Certificate and Marks-Sheet along with the originals.
• Attested photocopy of Intermediate Certificate and Marks-Sheet along with the originals.
• Attested photocopy of Marks-Sheet and Certificate of any other higher degree qualifications that they may possess along with the originals.
• Attested photocopy of Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand State along with original, issued by the competent authority after 20 November 2001.
• If applicable, the rural/Sports/Agriculturists Weightage Certificate is in original as given in Prospectus 2024-2024.
• Character and Conduct Certificate in original from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• Five-passport size photographs with name and Roll Number written on the back
