TS PolyCET 2024 is a two-hour Pen and Paper paper-based test conducted in Offline Mode. All the candidates are requested to read carefully the TS PolyCET 2024 exam pattern and Scheme of examination for better understanding.
The question paper contains 120 Multiple Choice Questions, which consist of One paper. Every question contains one mark for each correct answer. There is no minus marking in the Examination. If Candidates do not attempt any Questions, they will not be provided Marks.
For Admission into Government, Aided, or Private Unaided polytechnic colleges, Candidates must Score at least 36% marks in the TS PolyCET 2024 Entrance Exam.
TS PolyCET Exam Pattern 2024
TS PolyCET 2024 Exam Pattern is given below:
- Mode of Exam: The exam will be held in offline mode.
- Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
- Total Questions: The question paper will consist of 120 questions.
- Type of Questions: There will be four choices for each question. The question paper will be based on objective-type questions.
- Language: The question paper will be published in two languages, i.e., English and Telugu.
- Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in the examination.

Exam Day Instructions
- Do not bring log tables, pagers, calculators, cell phones, or other electronic support gadgets into the examination room.
- Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam room until noon, i.e. one hour after the start of the exam.
- Applicants must return the answer sheet to the examiner before leaving the room.
- Candidates can only carry the question book.

How to Fill up & Answer OMR Response Sheet
- On the exam day, the examiner will provide candidates with a response sheet designed specifically for optical readers (OMR).
- Applicants must mark their responses and other relevant information on the answer sheet.
- Candidates can follow the instructions to mark the answers and other entries in the OMR response sheet.
- Candidates are advised not to draw or make marks on the answer sheet.
- Candidates should read the instruction sheet carefully before beginning to answer questions.
- Candidates should mark the correct answer on the OMR answer sheet by shading the appropriate circle with the HB / 2B pencil in Darkness.
