TS LAWCET is completely known as the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test and this test is organized through Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council for Higher Education), the central body of Higher Education in the state. Through this examination, applicants can get admission to various undergraduate law programs.
In the various law colleges and institutes of the Telangana State, admission will be provided to the candidates based on their marks obtained in the TS LAWCET Examination.

TS LAWCET Exam Pattern
The exam pattern will be provided for the candidates through Osmania University and it will release the paper pattern for 3-year and 5-year LLB Programs. The law entrance examination will be conducted in May 2024 in an online (computer-based) mode. TS LAWCET 2024 will have objective-type questions, which will evaluate a candidate’s ability and aptitude to pursue Law as a career.
- Take the admit card and passport-size photograph at the examination centre.
- Duration of Exam – 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Report at the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Qualifying marks in TS LAWCET is 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of a total of 120 marks). No minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST for ranking.
