MBA/ PGDM, M.Sc & B.Sc Candidates can obtain the Application Form in 3 ways:
- Candidates can obtain it in person from any of the Study Centers of the Directorate of Distance Education, TNPESU.
- Candidates can obtain it by post from the University.
- Candidates can download it from the university website.
After receiving the Application form, the candidate must fill in with the necessary details in BLOCK letters with your own handwriting, and affix a passport size photograph. Please tick wherever necessary.
Candidates must attach the following enclosures:
- Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate
- HSC/PUC Mark statement
- Transfer/Migration Certificate
- SSLC Mark Statement
- DD for Rs. 300 drawn in favor of “The Director, Tamil Nadu Physical Education, and Sports University”, payable at Chennai.
- Additional 2 passport size photographs
