TN Health B.Pharm LE 2024 Application Form 

The TN Health B.Pharm LE Application Form will be available soon on the official website of the TN Health Association. Those applicants are wishing to get admission in B.Pharm (Lateral entry), can fill out the application form online mode on the provided schedule. As per eligibility criteria, candidates can fill out the application form. The Application Form can be filled out by following the simple procedure mentioned below.

• Firstly, students should have to go on the official webpage of the TN Health Association.
• Applicants have to download the application form from the official website and fill in all the correct and complete details.
• After filling in all the required details, they should have to submit the application form with the required documents.
• They have to send the application form ‟ to the Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai -10 before the last date along with a Demand Draft for 350 /- which is non-refundable towards the cost of application form drawn in favor of “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10” and payable at Chennai.

TN Health B.Pharm LE Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have to check their Eligibility Criteria before filling out the application form and the eligibility criteria as mentioned below.

• The applicants should be qualified in the H.S.C. qualifying Examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board or any other equivalent examination with an aggregate of 40% marks.
• They should be qualified Diploma in Pharmacy course.
• Candidates who should be residents of Tamil Nadu and belonging to other States cannot claim the nativity of Tamil Nadu.

TN Health B.Pharm LE 2024 Merit List 

On the official website of TN Health Association and at the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10, the TN Health B.Pharm LE merit list will publish through Secretary, Selection Committee and applicants will be selected in the Merit List based on marks scored in B.Pharm Course. 

TN Health B.Pharm LE 2024 Counseling 

Applicants will be called out for Counseling Procedure if they are selected in the merit list and all those candidates are selected in the merit list will have to download the call letter from the official website to attend the counseling session on the provided schedule and they have to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 250/- using Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10” as processing fee. If any selected candidates have not attended counseling, they will lose their right to claim admission to B.Pharm. (Lateral Entry) course.

Documents to carry for TN Health B.Pharm LE

• D Pharm Mark Sheets –I & II Year.
• Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of D.Pharm course.
• 500/ 750 hours of Practical Training Certificate.
• Provisional / Diploma Certificate.
•  Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
•  Service Certificate for Candidates in Government Service.
•  Mark sheet of H.S.C. (Academic) examination (both sides of mark sheet should be photocopied) or any other equivalent examination of the first appearance.
•  Permanent Community Certificate Card.
•  Certificate for proof of study from X standard to XII standard and D.Pharm Course. xi Nativity Certificate with supporting documents.
