TANCET M.Plan 2024 Application Form 

TANCET M.Plan 2024 Application Form has been released on 10th January 2024. TANCET M.Plan 2024. on the official website, applicants who are interested and eligible to complete their M.Plan program from the various colleges located in Tamil Nadu State can appear in this examination through the simple procedure mentioned below.

• Applicants have to go on the official webpage of Anna University, TANCET.
• On the official website, the ‘Register’ link will be available on which applicants must click and submit their required details.
• Applicants will get login details to fill out the application form after registration. 
• The applicants have to fill the application form with all the required details and before clicking on submission, applicants have to confirm the details.
• Applicants have to make the payment of the application fee through online mode and click on the ‘Status Check’ link to get their application status after submission.
• After completing this procedure, applicants have to take print of the application form by clicking on the print button and it will display in PDF format.
• Candidates must take the application form’s printout for further use only. 

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay 600/- (300/- for SC / SCA / ST Candidates) towards the entrance test fee, which can be filled out online only.

TANCET M.Plan Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must check their eligibility criteria before filling out the application form for TANCET. The applicants should be qualified from a recognized university with a bachelor’s degree and have attained a minimum of 50 % (45% for Reserved Category Students) in the qualifying degree examination.

• B.E/B.Tech./B.Arch. OR
• B.Pharm./ B.Sc. (Agri. / Forestry / Horticulture /Fishery) degree program OR
• Master’s Degree in the relevant branch of Science / Arts, which are prescribed
• 10+2+ AMIE* OR
• 10+3 years’ diploma (awarded by the state Board of Technical Education) + AMIE

TANCET M.Plan 2024 Syllabus

In the question paper of the TANCET M.Plan 2024 examination, the questions will be asked from these sections. 

• Part I of the question paper has 20 questions based on Engineering Mathematics. This part of the paper is the same for all 4 courses.
• Part II of the paper consists of 35 questions based on the subject of Basic Engineering and Sciences. Similar to Part I, this part is also the same across question papers of all 4 courses.
• The final part of Part III of the question paper has 60 questions. The questions in this part will be based on the subject chosen by the candidate. There are 23 subjects available for this section, from which a candidate can choose anyone.
• All the questions are multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each, with a negative marking of 1/3 marks for an incorrect answer. The time given is 2 hours.

TANCET M.Plan 2024 Counseling 

TANCET M.Plan 2024 Counseling Registration will be available on the official site. After the declaration of the result, the TANCET M.Plan 2024 counselling will be conducted in June, and those applicants who are shortlisted in the merit list as per their marks scored in the examination. They will be called out for the counselling session.

Applicants must download the counselling call letter from the official website and take a printout. They should have to carry all the required documents to the counselling centre for verification. 

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their marks scored in the examination and seat reservation.
