SMFWBEE 2024 Offline Counselling for Admission to Para Medical Courses has been Started on 6th September 2024. Online Counselling Registration has been Started on 30th August 2024. The State Medical Faculty of West Bengal has managed the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal Entrance Examination (SMFWBEE) for the candidates and those applicants who want to get admission in their aspiring programs by applying for the examination of SMFWBEE.

SMFWBEE 2024 Counseling 

The SMFWBEE counselling is conducted through the authority to provide admission to the candidates in the Para-medical course. Those applicants have scored qualified marks in the examination of SMFWBEE; they are shortlisted in the merit list.

The counselling procedure will be conducted online mode and all of the selected candidates should attend this session it will start on the 25th of July 2024. Candidates should have to check the seat availability in every institute, counselling dates, choice filling, choice locking, and 4th round counselling details.

SMFWBEE 2024 Counseling Procedure 

Following are The procedure of SMFWBEE counselling mentioned below for the candidates and they should have to follow it.

• First of all, candidates should have to visit the official website of the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal and they should have to register themselves for the online counselling procedure for the 1st Round.
• Candidates should have to pay the Online Registration cum Counseling fees of Rs. 600 (For Online Registration Rs. 500 and Online Counseling Rs. 100). You can pay the fees through Net banking/Credit or Debit Card/Bank Challan.
• After paying the counselling fee, candidates should have to fill in their choice of courses and institutes (If seats will be available) as per their preference at the time of the choice-filling session.
• Candidates should have to lock their choices after submitting their preference in the choice filling. On the official website, the first seat allotment result will be declared in the last week of July.
• Based on the rank and choice filling of the candidates, the seat allotment will be done for them to complete their aspiring programs.
• If you got your preferred Institute and Course on First Round Counseling, then immediately pay the course fees Rs. 15,000 through Internet Banking/Credit or Debit Card/Payment Wallet.

Candidates should have to bring the required documents for verification at the time of the counselling procedure.

• Madhyamik Examination Admit Card/Certificate
• Higher Secondary Exam Certificate and Mark sheet
• Caste Certificate, Character Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• Authorization Certificate (if the candidates failed to appear in the verification centre)
• Two Passport Size Photographs
• Rank Card
• Physical Handicapped Certificate.
