Offline Submission

• After getting application candidates to have to pay the application fee through the demand draft he or she must take a printed copy of the duly filled application form of SGBAU exam 2025.
• After filling application affix a passport-sized photograph along with the SGBAU 2025 exam application form.
• Submit the duly filled up application form along with the photocopies of required documents in favor of Registrar, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, payable at Amravati.

Online Submission

• All the candidates who are applying have to pay the application fee online.
• After filling the application form, upload a passport-sized photograph and upload documents to complete the process of filling the application form of the SGBAU 2025 entrance exam.
• Payment can be made online either by net banking, credit card or debit card.
• Candidates applying in the SGBAU entrance exam 2025 must keep the printed copies of the fee receipt for future references like counseling, verification, etc.

SGBAU 2025 Application Process 

All the candidates who are enrolling in Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University can get the application via online or offline modes. Candidate’s applying is informed to follow the instruction steps to register for the SGBAU courses:

Offline Mode:

• Go to the official website of SGBAU.
• Click on ‘Apply Online’ on the Home page followed by ‘Application Form’.
• Download the duly filled form and affix the photograph.
• Send the duly filled application form along with a photocopy of all the relevant documents and a demand draft (DD) drawn in favor of Registrar, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, payable at Amravati.

Online Mode:

• Go to the official website of SGBAU.
• Click on the ‘SGBAU Admission Entrance Exam 2025’ link.
• Read the notification to check the eligibility and click on the Apply Online link.
• Fill the information in the form and attach the required documents.
• Submit the application.
• Download the filled-in application form for future reference.

Application Fee: The application fee for the open category candidates is INR 700 (INR 500 for the reserved category). In order to make the online payment of the application fee, the candidate should follow the below-given steps:

• On the official website of SGBAU, click on the link to Online Payment of Fees.
• Select the State Bank Collect option.
• Select the checkbox for the terms and conditions and click Proceed.
• Select Maharashtra from the dropdown list of State of Corporate/Institution and Educational Institutions from the dropdown list of Type of Corporate/Institution.
• On the next page, select Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University from the dropdown list of Educational Institutions Name.
• For the Select Payment Category section, select University Exam Fee.
• Enter the personal details mentioned on the page and click Submit.
• For Payment Option, select Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
• Make the payment and take the print out of the E-Receipt for your reference.

Required Documents 

Along with the duly filled-in application form, candidates need to submit the copy of the following documents attested by a gazetted officer:

• 10^th marks sheet and certificate from a recognized board
• 10+2 or equivalent marks sheet and certificate from a recognized board or university
• 1^st year, 2^nd year and 3^rd year marks sheet of qualifying graduation degree, if applicable
• Master’s degree certificate, if applicable
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Recent Non-Creamy Layer certificate, if applicable
• Domicile certificate
• Migration certificate
• No objection certificate from the employer, if employed
• Receipt of payment of application fees
• A self-attested passport size photograph
