The REET is completely known as the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers and the REET Examination is managed by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BRSE).

REET 2025 Syllabus

The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan will prescribe the REET syllabus for the candidates; who have applied in the REET Examination.

The syllabus will be available in PDF format and applicants can download it by visiting the official website. The syllabus will have various subjects and topics. The syllabus details are mentioned below.

Paper I (Level 1):

1. Child Development and Pedagogy:

Unit 1	Child Development: Concept of growth and development, Principles and dimensions of development. Factors affecting development (especially in the context of family and school) and its relationship with learning. Role of Heredity and Environment
Unit 2	Meaning and Concept of learning and its processes. Factors Affecting learning Theories of learning and its implication How Children learn and think. Motivation and Implications for Learning
Unit 3	Individual Differences:- Meaning, Types, and Factors Affecting Individual Differences Understanding individual differences based on language, gender, community, caste & religion. Personality: Concept and types of personality, Factors responsible for shaping it. It’s a measurement. Intelligence: Concept, Theories, and its Measurement. Multiple Intelligence. It’s implication
Unit 4	Understanding diverse learners: Backward, Mentally retarded, gifted, creative, disadvantaged, and deprived, specially-abled. Learning Difficulties. Adjustment: Concept and ways of adjustment. Role of the teacher in the adjustment
Unit 5	Teaching-learning process Teaching-learning strategies and methods in the context of National Curriculum Framework 2005. Meaning and Purposes of Assessment Measurement and Evaluation. Comprehensive and Continuous Evaluation Construction of Achievement Test. Action Research. Right to Education Act 2009 (Role and Responsibilities of Teachers)

2. English Language – I:
