PUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Citizens of India are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

• Educational Qualification: The candidates completing their HSC exams, that is, class 12^th or intermediate exam from a recognized board of education, are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
• Minimum Marks: The candidates will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam if they have secured a minimum of 50 % marks or more in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing candidates: The candidates appearing for the HSC Exam in the current year are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
• Mandatory Subjects: The candidates must have English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam to apply for the entrance exam.

PUCET 2023 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: In online mode, the official authorities will organize the entrance exam for the candidates.

• Type of Questions: In the entrance exam, the official authorities will only ask the objective types of multiple-choice questions.
• Marking Scheme: In the entrance exam, the official authorities will award 2 marks for each correct answer the candidate gives.
• Negative Marking: The entrance exam has negative markings of 0.25 marks.
