Pondicherry University 2024 Counseling will be started the Last week of June 2024. and those candidates are shortlisted in the merit list will be called out for the counselling procedure. At the time of the counselling procedure, the candidates will be allotted seats in this University. Candidates must reach the counselling centre within half an hour of the given schedule, which will be better for and they also have to carry the required documents at the counselling centre.

Advice for MBA, MCA, M.Sc, and M.Com courses will be organized on the Pondicherry campus according to schedule. No selection card/letter of appeal/admission information will be sent to selected candidates/waiting list.

Pondicherry University Cut-Off 2024 will be available through Online Mode. The Cut-Off is the minimum qualified marks candidates have to obtain in the examination. The University releases the cut-off list after the declaration of the result.

The procedure of Pondicherry University Counselling has been mentioned below for candidates who have to follow it.

• Those candidates will secure the qualified marks in the entrance examination; they will be selected for the counselling procedure
• Then, qualified students will be called for admission as per the shortlisted merit list.
• Applicants are suggested to report at the counselling venue on the notified date and time for admission.
• Candidates must carry the required original documents along with the required amount fee.
• Those candidates will not carry the required certificates; they will not be considered for admission.
• Seats will be allotted to candidates per the rank and availability of seats in the respective course and college.

Documents Required for Counselling

Applicants must bring these original certificates with a copy of Xerox for admission. The required documents of Pondicherry University counseling are mentioned below for candidates

• Original counselling letter along with a photocopy of counselling letter
• Original Admit card along with a photocopy of the admit card
• A bank draft has to be made as per the guidelines mentioned on the PONDICHERRY UNIVERSITY prospect
• All the original and at least two photocopies of certificates of 10th & 12th class
• Rank Card / Hall Ticket
• Scorecard (if applicable)
• Original degree/provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing
• Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the authorized authority
• Medical documents mentioned on the PONDICHERRY UNIVERSITY application form
• 4-6 Passport size photographs in color and black and white
