Other Information

The candidates should enter the required details such as Date/ Expected date of completion of 12 months internship, Medical /Nursing Registration, Medical /Nursing Registration Number, Date of Medical /Nursing Registration, Already done/Done, PG degree, and Presently in Govt. Service.

Applicants should have to upload the scanned documents in the application form, and the specifications should be

• Specifications for Photograph and Signature – 100 kb max. and in JPG format
• Specification for Certificates- 1 MB maximum in size and PDF file format

Application Fee Payment

After that, candidates should have to pay the application fee, which is for SC/ST people who may have to pay- Rs. 1200/-, General/ OBC/ PGI- may be asked to pay Rs. 1500/-. PWD- is exempted.
