Previously, candidates who qualified for OJEE Counseling were registered and elected on 12 August. In the particular test, OJEE Performed on August 10 was eligible to apply.
The final round of OJEE seat allocation based on JEE Main scores was announced at the end of July. The advice was web-based and was held in two phases – Phase 1 was based on the JEE Main result of candidates, and Phase 2 Was on the scores obtained by the candidates in the particular round.

OJEE Counseling 2024
Candidates must register and fill out their options for courses and colleges. For the first round, registered candidates who had paid for counselling had to visit the nodal centre assigned in person to verify documents. In contrast, for the second round, candidates will have to inform the university assigned to verify documents and Pay admission fees.
Candidates had to pay the admission fee (Part) and the university fee at the nodal centres to confirm their admissions in the first round. After considering withdrawals and non-declarant candidates during OJEE’s counselling, the final adjudication of the seat (Round 1) was announced.

Important Steps in Web-Counselling
- Registration
- The registration fee of Rs. 450/- deposit. (only online)
- Choice filling
- Mock result
- Choice locking by OTP (care should be taken before locking the choices, once locked, no alteration in the choice is possible under any circumstances)
- Temporary allotment-I
- Allotted students have to deposit the admission fee of Rs. 25000/- (Rs.20000/- as part admission fee + Rs 5000/- as university regd. fee); the deposit can only be made at any branch of the State Bank of India or axis bank by challan.
- Report at the nodal centre for document verification at the scheduled time.
- Withdrawal by applicants not willing to continue in the counselling process.
- Temporary allotment-ii
- Newly allotted students have to follow no.7 (part admission fee deposit)
- Newly allotted students are to report at the nodal centre for document verification.
- Withdrawal by candidates not willing to continue in the counselling process.
- Allotment-III (final allotment)
- Students download the final allotment letter and report to the allotted institutes/colleges.
Any newly allotted students in this round have to follow two steps.
- To follow no.7 (part admission fee deposit)
- Report at the nodal centre for document verification. After the two steps, final allotment letters can be downloaded and reported to the institutes/colleges by the newly allotted students.
- Follow the notice of the allotted Institute to report there for final admission.
OJEE Final Allocation of Seats
- All the candidates who have allocated seats in the two previous OJEE consultation campaigns that have a final assignment as well as candidates who will have seats in this round.
- Applicants who have been assigned to seats must download the final reward letter.
- All candidates ultimately assigned (except newly assigned candidates) must declare the final allotment letter and the tax receipt in their assigned schools.
- Newly appointed candidates must pay admission fees and check their documents in the node centres, after which they can download the final award letter.
- All applicants must inform the institute assigned to the admission within the prescribed time.
- Some of the admission fees deposited will be forfeited if the assigned candidate does not show up to the institute/college finally assigned to the given period.
Registration and Choice Filling
To participate in the OJEE 2024 Counselling, you will need to register yourself at the official page of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination, which is one.nic.in.
The choices will have to be filled by the aspirant according to their preference.
Payment of the Counseling fee of OJEE 2024
All the aspirants appearing in the OJEE 2024 Counselling will have to pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 450/- The fee can be deposited online through SBI or BILLDESK for Debit card, credit card, or net banking.
If the application fee is paid offline, they will be required to submit the fee through SBI payment resulting in the availability of the way through which the fee is paid.
The Axis Bank Challan copy is produced and issued on the website at Axis Bank in Odisha. The aspirants must pay at Axis Bank and receive the payment slip.
Document Verification
After the fee payment, aspirants will be required to go for authentication of the document, which will be done at the allotted Nodal Centre.
You must submit every necessary document to the counselling authority as proof of admission.
Once you have completed all procedures, from registration to the authentication of documents, the next round to participate in is seat distribution.
Seat Distribution
You will be given the most substantial seat for final selection at the seat distribution. The seat is allotted on account of several vacant seats, the performance of the aspirant, and the selection of choice.
Those assured of the seat will be paying Rs.25000/- as an admission fee, including an admission fee of RS.20000 and a registration fee of Rs.5000/-. They will be scrutinising the document you might have been asked for. As mentioned, the documents will be verified at the Nodal Centre at the exact time and date.
The provisional allotment 11 will be held for the eligible aspirants, who will need to check the website for the same. The information regarding Temporary Allotment 11 will be notified by SMS on your mobile number.
After completing the procedure, you need to follow the remaining seat distribution process in the same way.
The third session for seat distribution will occur as the final selection wherein the aspirants provided with seats previously will be given the final seat with those who have recently got the seat.
It is suggested to check the procedure on the website for the final seat distribution. At this stage, they will be admitted to their chosen course and college.
OJEE Counseling Pension Process
After each tour of duty, the candidates will have the opportunity to withdraw. Candidates wishing to withdraw from the OJEE consultation process should visit the Nodal Center, where they check their documents within the time limit.
In the withdrawal process, candidates will receive the admission fee of Rs.25000/-. Applicants must provide bank information to recover this amount. Candidates can not withdraw under any circumstances from the scheduled date and time.

List of the Documents to be submitted at the Nodal Centre
After the seat allotment, candidates have to produce the original documents at the assigned nodal centre and submit photocopies of the same. Given below is the list of the standard documents which have to be submitted at the centre:
- Rank Card of OJEE.
- Online registration slip.
- HSC qualifying certificate.
- Qualifying mark sheet.
- Qualifying examination pass certificate.
- School/ college leaving certificate.
- Resident certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer.
- Certificate of Employment of Candidate’s Parent / Spouse.
- Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate from Odisha.
- Receipt of Counselling and University Registration fee payment made.
