Program for Joint Entrance Examination

Eligibility Criteria

For admission to 1st Year Degree courses in Pharmacy BAMS and BHMS.

For Pharmacy

There is no age limit to appear at OJEE for admission into PF 2024 pharmacy courses. Passed or appeared in 2024, 10+2 Science examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject. The applicants should have passed the individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks [40% in case of applicants belonging to the SC/ST category] in the above subjects taken together.

Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS).

• Passed or appearing in 2024, 10+2 Science examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology) with at least 50% marks in aggregate (Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together) for general category applicants and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST applicants.
• AGE: The lower age shall be 17 as of December 31, 2024. The applicants have to submit an H.S.C. or equivalent certificate in support of age during certificate verification at the time of counselling.

Eligibility Criteria for TFW

• TFW scheme will apply to all approved Technical Institutions offering B. Tech, B. Pharm programs, and lateral entry provisions of these programs.
• Sons and daughters of parents whose annual income is less than Rs.6 lakhs (Rupees six lakh only) from all sources are eligible for seats under this scheme. The applicants who are interested in taking admission under this scheme have to produce an income certificate issued by local Tahasildar, during document verification. This certificate should be of the current year.
• The waiver is limited to the tuition fee as approved by the Government of Odisha Fee Committee for self-financing Institutions and by the Government for Government Institutions. All other fees except tuition fees will have to be paid by the beneficiary.
• The applicants should be a natives of Odisha and have to produce a Resident/Nativity Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Officer not below Tahsildar during document verification.
• TFW scheme applies to all AICTE-approved technical institutions offering B. Tech,
