• Stream: Science stream is mandatory for the candidates to qualify in their HSC Exams to apply for Cinematography / Sound and TV Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission into 1^st Semester Diploma Non – Engineering Course

• Upper Age Limit: To apply for the admission process, the candidate must be not more than 14 years of age at the time of admission for the Beauty Culture course and 16 years of age for HM and CT / MOM.
• Educational Qualification: HSC exams from a recognized state board / CBSE / ICSE must be completed by the candidate to get admission to the institution.
• Stream: The qualifying exam must be completed in the Science stream by the candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology being some of the mandatory subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission into 1^st Semester Diploma Engineering / Technology Course

• Age Limit: The candidates who are at the age of 14 years at the time of admission are only eligible to apply for the admission procedure.
• Educational Qualification: For the admission process, only the candidates who have completed HSC exams or SSC exams or any equivalent from a recognized board and the University of BSE, Odisha will only be eligible to apply.
• Mandatory Subjects: The candidates must have completed their qualifying exam with Science, Mathematics, English as some of the mandatory subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission into 3^rd Semester (Lateral Entry) Diploma in Engineering and Technology Course

• Lower Age Limit: The official authorities have decided that the minimum age limit for the candidate to apply for this course is not less than 14 years of age at the time of admission.
• Upper Age Limit: There are no upper age limits set by the official authorities.
• Educational Qualification: The candidates will be eligible to apply for the admission process if they have qualified for the HSC exam from the Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha.
• Stream: The candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in their qualifying exam will only be eligible to get admission to the institution.
