NIT Raipur Admission 2025 Admission has been done through JEE Main 2025. National Institute Of Technology (NIT) Raipur is an autonomous university located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The institute approved the University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). NIT provides you with a B.Tech., B.Arch. M.Tech., MCA, and Ph.D. courses. National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur, was previously known as Government Engineering College. Scholarship

• 100% Tuition Fee waiver to get the SC/ ST/ PH students.
• Full remission of the tuition fee for General and OBC students whose family income is less than INR 1 lakh per annum.
• Remission of 2/3rd of the tuition fee for General OBC students whose family income is amongst INR 1 lakh to INR 5 Lakh per annum.

NIT Raipur 2025 Application Form

NIT Raipur Admission 2025 Application Form has been Released. Candidates can apply online for UG and PG courses. They have to apply for a JEE Main and GATE at their respective official websites for B.Tech and M.Tech.

In Order To MCA, the candidates have to apply for NIMCET through online fashion. For Ph.D., the application form is available for download from the official website of NIT Raipur.

The filled applications along with a DD drawn in favor of “Director, NIT Raipur” payable at Raipur should reach up to “The Registrar, NIT Raipur, CG 492010”.

The form should be in an A4 size envelope containing superscribing “Ph.D. Admission for Academic Year 2025 to the (Name of the Department)”

NIT Raipur 2025 Admissions Process

Candidates must check the NIT Raipur 2025 Admission Process

For B.Tech. and B.Arch.

Admission to the B.Tech. and B.Arch program is carried out based on marks acquired by a candidate in 10+2 (Science Stream) or the equivalent and JEE Main Entrance exam.

• CBSE – Minimum 75% marks.
• JEE Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for B.Tech. and B.Arch.).
• NATA Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for B.Arch.).

Final Selection to B.Tech. The program is based on the allocation of seats through JoSSA Counselling (Joint Seat Allocation Authority).

The Personal Interview held at the Institute. Whereas selection for The B.Arch program is done through counseling held at the institute.

For M.Tech. and MCA 

Admission to the M.Tech. and MCA programs are done based on marks acquired by a candidate in Bachelor’s Degree (in the appropriate Stream) or other equivalent and required an Entrance exam.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum 60% marks.
• GATE Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for M.Tech.).
• NIMCET Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for MCA).

Selection for M.Tech. The program is carried out based on the GATE Entrance exam score acquired by the candidate. Bearing In Mind That allocation of seats for MCA is performed through NIMCET Counselling.

For Ph.D. 

NIT Raipur provides you with a three-year full-time Ph.D. research program.

Candidates applying for this course must hold a master’s degree from a recognized Institute/University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Acceptance in the Ph.D. program will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Entrance Exam/ Personal Interview conducted by the Institute.
