NEF Law College Admission 2024 Application form will be Released Soon. The (National Education Foundation’s) NEF Law College was founded in the year of 2006, and it is one of the finest centers of Law Education in Eastern India. This college is affiliated with Guwahati University.

This college provides Five Year Integrated Courses in three streams, i.e. BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), and B.Com LLB (Hons) as well as Three Year LLB and Masters of Law (LLM) course under Guwahati University.

NEF Law College Application Form 2024

NEF Law College Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates wish to get admission in the various law programs from this college; they must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria details mentioned below.

For Five-year Integrated Law

• Those applicants will be qualified in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates, not less than 42% for OBC category and 40% for SC/ ST candidates as per latest Bar Council of India Rules, they will be able to get admission in Five Year Integrated B.A.,LL.B. (Hons) course.
• Age of the candidates should not be more than 20 years for general category applicants & 22 years for SC/ST candidates

For Three year Law (LLB)

• Those applicants will be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 45% of the total marks for general candidates, not less than 42% for OBC category and 40% for SC/ ST candidates as per latest Bar Council of India Rules, they can get admission in Three years LL.B. Course.
• The final year candidates can also apply for admission in the Programme.
• Age of the candidates should not be more than 30 years for general category applicants & 35 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates

For Two year LLM – Last year

• Those will be qualified in LL.B. / Five Year Integrated degree in Law from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates), they will get admission to the LL.M. Course.

NEF Law College Admit Card 2024

Those applicants have applied in the NEF Law Entrance Test and submitted an application form; they can download the admit card through online mode by visiting on the official website.

The admit card will contain all the details about the entrance examination.

Candidates without admit card will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall.

NEF Law College Exam Pattern

Candidates should have to prefer the exam pattern for the better preparation of examination, and it will be very helpful for the candidates. The exam pattern details are There is a single paper of 2 ½ hours duration consisting of Multiple Choice & short answer type questions.

The weightage given to different sections are as under:

• Part I – English including Comprehension (40 questions),
• Part II – General Knowledge/ Current Affairs (40 questions),
• Part III – Elementary Mathematics (30 questions),
• Part IV – Legal Aptitude / Awareness (40 questions),
• Part V – Logical Reasoning (30 questions)
• Part VI – Long Questions (2 questions)

There shall be a total of 182 questions with 1 mark for each question. The questions shall be of multiple choices / objective type. For each correct answer, 1 (one) mark will be awarded. There is no negative mark for a wrong answer.

This rule is applicable to question No. 1 to 180 only. There shall be multiple sets of Test Booklets (Series A, B, C & D), each set containing the same 182 questions in a different sequence.

NEF Law College Result/Merit List 2024

Those applicants will have qualified marks in the examination, they will be shortlisted in the merit list, and it will release on the official website.

There will be a list of candidates; those will be selected for admission.
