NEET SS 2024 Exam Pattern has been Revised on 11th October 2024. The NEET SS 2024 Application Form will be released in October 2024. The NEET SS 2024 Notification was Released on 13th September 2024. The Exam is scheduled to be conducted on 29th & 30th March 2025. NEET SS, which stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Super Speciality, is a national-level single entrance examination aimed at admission into various DM, M.CH, and Dr NB Super Speciality programs. This exam is conducted once a year by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Candidates aspiring to pursue super speciality courses must qualify for the NEET SS exam. Through this examination, admission opportunities are extended to various government and private medical colleges, institutions, and deemed universities within the country.

NEET SS, short for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Super Speciality Courses), is conducted annually by the National Board of Education. It serves as a qualifying cum ranking exam for admission to various DM/MCh courses, offering entry into several super speciality programs. Unlike other courses, there is no separate entrance test for admission to these super speciality courses; NEET SS acts as the sole entrance examination for this purpose.

This examination is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has notified the National Board of Examination to conduct the NEET SS Entrance Examination. Aspiring and eligible candidates can get admission based on their eligibility criteria.

NEET SS 2024 Application Form 

On the official website of the National Board of Examination, the NEET SS Application Form will be available in the 4th week of October 2024. Those applicants who want to get admission to DNB super-speciality & FNB Fellowship courses; can fill out the application form online based on their eligibility criteria.

Following the procedure, applicants can fill out and submit the application form.

• Primarily, applicants need to go on the official website of the National Board of Examinations.
• Applicants should register by submitting the required details in the required field.
• After registration, applicants can fill out the application form with all the correct and complete details, such as personal, communication, qualification, and test centre details.
• In the application form, applicants must upload their scanned documents, such as photographs and signatures per the prescribed format.
• The applicants can apply after confirming the provided details and must take a printout of it for future use.

Application Fee

The NEET SS Examination Fee is Rs.3750/-, and the applicants can pay the application fee online by using a credit card or debit card issued by Banks in India or through online banking.

NEET SS 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants will possess a recognized postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) /Provisional Pass Certificate or an equivalent recognized qualification; they can apply for the NEET SS examination.

Foreign Nationals:

Foreign nationals can appear in NEET-SS 2024 without MCI registration. The Medical Council of India may, on payment of the prescribed fee for registration, grant temporary registration for the duration of the post-doctoral course limited to the medical college/institution to which he/she is admitted for the time being exclusively for pursuing postdoctoral studies.

The cutoff date for qualifying MD/MS/DNB Broad Specialty qualification towards determination of qualification for appearing in NEET-SS 2024 shall be 25th September 2024.

NEET SS 2024 Exam Pattern

• The examinations will comprise 100 multiple-choice questions. All the questions shall be at the PG Exit level (MD/MS/DNB).
• 40% of the questions shall be from all the eligible feeder broad speciality course(s), and the remaining 60% shall be from the super speciality course

NEET SS 2024 Admit Card

On the official website of the National Board of Examination (NBE), the NEET SS Admit Card will be available in February 2024.

Those applicants have submitted their application form; they can download the admit card online by visiting the official website.

Applicants must affix their latest passport-size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. Admit cards will not be sent to the candidates by Post.

NEET SS 2024 Result

The NEET SS Result will be declared in 3rd week of April 2025 on the official website of the National Board of Examination, and it will be declared as a merit list and separate for all subjects.

The merit list includes roll number, score out of 400, and merit/rank secured by the candidate is mentioned. The result of NEET SS will be valid for one year. The result will be in PDF format; applicants can download it for future use.
