• Stream: The applicants should have studied in the science stream.
• Minimum Marks –General Category applicants: General category applicant must have scored minimum 50 % marks in the qualifying exam
• Minimum Marks –Reserved Category applicants: Reserved category applicants must have scored minimum 40% marks in the qualifying exam
• Appearing applicants: The applicants who are appearing for the HSC exam in the present year are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

NEET 2022 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: The entrance exam will be held in offline mode as written test – pen and paper-based test
• Duration of Exam: Applicants will get three hours’ duration that is 180 minutes in total to complete the question paper
• Language of Exam: The question paper will be set in 11 different languages including English, Hindi.
• Total Number of Questions: Total 180 questions will be asked in the entrance exam question paper for the applicants to answer
• Total Marks: The entrance exam will be conducted for a maximum of 720 marks.
• Type of Questions: MCQ type objective questions will be asked in the entrance exam
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer in the entrance exam will be awarded four marks.

The applicants whose names have been appeared in the merit list declared by the official authority will have to register themselves for the online NEET 2022 Counselling Sessionif they have cleared the cut off of the NEET 2022. In the NEET 2022 Counselling Session, the applicants will be allotted seats as per the scores scored by them in the entrance exam.

Once the seats are allotted to the applicants by the official authorities, the applicants will then have to report to the respective institute for confirmation and completion of further admission formalities. The applicants will also have to deposit admission fees after the fee allotment procedure and provide necessary documents for the verification process.
