• Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name -Enter the candidate’s name, mother’s name, and father’s name exactly as recorded in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate. Avoid using any prefixes in the candidate’s name.
• Date of Birth: dd/mm/yyyy – Input the candidate’s date of birth as it appears in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate.
• Mobile Number and e-mail Address – Candidates must furnish their own mobile number and email address during the registration process.
