Candidates who want to apply for admission in UG, PG, and Diploma courses provided by MGSU need to complete with the steps as listed below. Applicant’s candidate can obtain MGSU 2025 application online or by the offline mode.

Students looking for admission to UG, PG, and Diploma courses offered by MGSU must follow the steps as mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of MGSU.
• Click on “Admission”.
• Click on “register for application”.
• Fill the application form with due attention.
• After filling the application form, upload your scanned photograph & signature along with the required documents.
• Click on “Submit”.
• Take the printout of a duly filled application form and send the same along with the application fee receipt for INR 100 and relevant documents to VC Secretariat, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, N.H.-15, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner PIN-334004 (Rajasthan). 
• Send the above-mentioned documents by post or by hand during 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M
