KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) is the national-level fellowship program in Basic Sciences that the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana conducts. This program was established in 1999 and is funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

Under the program, eligible students are offered scholarships and contingency grants to the pre-PhD level. Based on marks scored in this aptitude test, admission will be provided to the candidates through this content.

Students will be able to learn detailed information about KVPY, including KVPY counselling, counselling dates, the counselling procedure, etc.

KVPY Counseling 2023

Those students who have obtained qualified marks in the KVPY Examination will be selected for the interview session. As per the marks and scholarship, admission will be provided to the candidates. From the 1^st week of January to February, the interview session will be conducted for the candidates to offer admission to this fellowship program.

KVPY Selection Procedure

Admission will be provided to the students in the fellowship programs as per their performance in the examination, and the selection procedure is mentioned below.

KVPY Aptitude Test

Based on eligibility criteria, candidates can apply for the KVPY Aptitude Test, which is in two parts, namely Part I and Part II, with four sections in each part. Candidates can attempt any three sections of Part 1 and any two sections of Part 2. To score qualified marks in this examination, applicants must prepare themselves better by preferring the exam pattern and syllabus.

KVPY Result

The KVPY test result will be declared through authority in the 1^st week of December and will be available in PDF format. So, those students who have taken this examination can check their results. Based on marks scored in the KVPY examination, admission will be provided to the candidates.

KVPY Interview

The interview procedure will be conducted through authority, and those applicants will be shortlisted as per their performance. They should have to attend the interview session, which is the last stage of admission.

The interview round will start from the 3^rd week of January to February. Selected students must be present at the interview place on the schedule provided by the authority.

KVPY Scholarship/Fellowship

Based on aptitude tests and interviews, students will be awarded the scholarship through authority, and the details of the KVPY Scholarship are mentioned below.
