Application forms for admission can be downloaded from the official college website and submitted upon completion along with a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 200 in any nationalized bank. DD should be drawn in favor of “The Principal, Khallikote Autonomous College, Berhampur” and payable at Berhampur.

The applicant should write his/ her name on the reverse side of the Bank Draft. Application forms can also be collected from the College counter in person upon payment of INR 200 in cash.

• Self-attested copy of the certificate of H.S.C. or equivalent.
• Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificate of the qualifying examination.
• No objection certificate in original from the employer in case the applicant is employed.
• An attested copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in the case of SC/ST candidate.
• An attested true copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in case of an orthopedically / physically handicapped candidate.
• An attested copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in case of a candidate claiming admission against the Ex-servicemen quota and Serving Personnel quota.
• Two self-addressed unstamped envelopes of size 25cm × 10cm.
• Filled-in addressed slips.
