Kerala Polytechnic 2024 Trail Rank List has beenreleased on 25th June 2024. The provisional Rank List has been released on 25th June 2024. The transitory and final results for Kerala Polytechnic will be published with the authority of the Department of Technical Education, Kerala. It is organized for admission in Diploma courses that are subordinate to grades in SSLC/THSLC or another parallel exam.

The scorecard will be released after the exam. Candidates will be able to view and download their scorecard from the IIFT website by logging in with their Roll number and Date of Birth in the format. The students will be selected as per the scores considered for admission. The result will be under process soon after the exam is over.

The shortlist will comprise all the students according to the roll number and contain candidates from all categories. The final admission will be given a post-counseling session. The result will be presented in the form of a merit list. The result will not be dispatched to the aspirants, but they must download it.

Kerala Polytechnic 2024 Reservation of Seats

In the Open Merit in Kerala, 60% of the seats will be for the merit list.

The left seat, which is 40%, will be available for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes.

Resolution of Tie while Ranking 

• In case of a tie in both streams, candidates with a higher WGPA placed higher in the rank list.
• If the tie persists, then the following process will be applied:
• Stream I – Candidates with a higher AGP (Average Grade Point) in Mathematics will be considered higher in the ranking. If ties exist further, a higher Physics AGP will be considered.
• If the tie exists further, AGP in English will be considered. If there is still a tie that remains, then the candidate’s age will be considered & the order will be placed higher in the ranking than the younger ones.
• Stream II – Candidates with a higher Average Grade Point (AGP) in Mathematics will rank higher.
• If there is still a tie, then-candidate age will be considered & the order will be placed higher in the ranking than the younger ones.

Kerala Polytechnic 2024 Cut-Off and Merit

The different college has different cut-off marks according to category and courses. A candidate who scores well in the Examination will be admitted to Kerala Polytechnic. From cut-off marks, candidates will get a rough idea of how much more is needed to qualify.

Cut-off marks are based on factors like the Number of Students who Appeared for the Exam, Exam Difficulty, and Availability of Seats. The candidate will get help selecting a favourite college they want to choose.
