Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2023 Mop-Up Round Counselling has been Started on 11th October 2023. 2nd Round Allotment Result has been Released on 5th October 2023. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has organized the Karnataka PG Medical Admission into various Medical / Dental courses like MD / MS / Diploma / MDS courses at various medical and dental colleges of Karnataka State.

On the basis of marks scored in the NEET PG examination conducted through the National Board of Examinations (NBE), applicants will get admission in the postgraduate medical courses. After completing the counselling procedure, the seat will be allotted to the candidates.

Karnataka PG Medical Counseling Registration 2023

On the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority, the Karnataka PG Medical Counseling Registration form will be available on the 3rd week of April 2023. Those applicants are aspiring and eligible to get admission in various Medical / Dental courses like MD / MS / Diploma / MDS courses at various medical and dental colleges of Karnataka State; they can fill out the registration form by following the simple procedure mentioned below.

• Primarily, applicants need to go on the official webpage of the Karnataka Examination Authority.
• They should have created their unique login ID by using a name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth; NBE scores are fetched from NBE data.
• In the registration form for counselling, candidates have to fill in all the necessary details correctly and complete and then upload their scanned required documents.
• The applicants need to make the payment of the application fee by using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks in India or through Internet banking, or by downloading a bank challan.
• After paying the fee, candidates have to submit the registration form and also take a printout of it for further use.

Karnataka PG Medical Admission Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check their eligibility criteria before filling out the application form for Karnataka PG Medical Admission.

• The age limit of the candidates should be 48 years if they are in-service candidates, and there is no age limit for Non-In-service candidates.
• Candidates from different categories, such as SC / ST / OBC / Linguistic minority, can apply for Karnataka PG admission only.
• The applicants must be qualified in the NEET PG Examination with a minimum score or equal to the prescribed minimum score.
• They have completed their MBBS / BDS courses, respectively, from the recognized institute recognized by MCI / DCI.

Karnataka PG Medical Admission Merit List 2023

The Karnataka Examination Authority will publish the NEET PG Karnataka state centralized and combined counselling merit list on the basis of qualified marks in NEET PG for admission in Post Graduate Medical and Dental (Degree and Diploma) courses at medical and dental colleges of Karnataka State. Candidates can check their names mentioned in the merit list.

Karnataka PG Medical Admission Counseling 2023

The counselling procedure will be conducted through the Karnataka Examination Authority to allot seats to the candidates in Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Courses in Medical/Dental subjects in Government Medical and Dental colleges, Government Quota seats in Private and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges and Private seats in Private Medical and Dental colleges (KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK, and Private Universities) located in the State of Karnataka.

Merit list candidates will have to attend the counselling session on the provided schedule, and they should have to carry the required documents for verification. The seats will be allotted to the candidates in this session, and candidates have to report at the allotted college.

Documents Needed for Admission

• Two Passport Size colour photographs (photograph uploaded to the NBE examination)
• Photo Identity Proof (PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card / Ration Card)
• NEET PG 2023: Admit card and score Card issued by NBE for Medical and dental courses. E. SSLC or 10th Standard / Equivalent Marks Card (For the date of birth).
• 2nd PUC or 12th standard Marks Card of the Candidate.
• MBBS / BDS marks card issued by Universities of all phases/years.
• Migration Certificate from the Concerned University if MBBS / BDS is done from other than RGUHS, Bangalore. (To be submitted to the respective admitted college).
• Eligibility Certificate by RGUHS for the candidates who graduated from another university other than RGUHS (To be submitted to the respective admitted college).
• Qualifying degree certificate. (PDC is accepted only for candidates who have passed MBBS / BDS during 2023).
• Certificate of internship completion in Annexure 2 for candidates who have already completed an internship. (Provisional internship completion certificate is accepted for Candidates completing their internship by 31st March 2023, only for the 1st round of counselling.
• Compulsory Rural service bond on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
• State / Central Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificate.
