JEXPO 2022 2nd Round Offline Counseling for Merit List Candidates of PET has been Started on 30th December 2022. West Bengal Polytechnic Result has been declared on 11th June 2022. The Examination was held on 21st May 2022. The JEXPO 2022 is an admission procedure that is followed by an entrance exam. The WBSCTE is the official conducting authority that will be responsible to organize the JEXPO 2022 admission procedure every year at the state level. The WBSCTE is popularly known as the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. With the help of the JEXPO 2022 admission procedure, the candidates will be able to get admission into various Engineering / Technology diploma courses.

These courses are offered by various colleges which are located in the state of West Bengal. With the help of the JEXPO 2022 admission procedure, the official authorities will allow a maximum of 19000 seats to deserving candidates (excluding management quota seats) in the various institution based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam. • Mandatory Subject: One must have Mathematics, English, and Science / Physical Science subject as a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam to apply for the entrance exam.
• Minimum Marks: The candidates must have secured a minimum of 35 % marks in total in the qualifying exam to apply for the entrance exam.
• Appearing candidates: The candidates appearing for the final board exam are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

JEXPO 2022 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: The entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode as a written test – pen and paper-based.
• Number of Papers: The entrance exam will contain two papers in total that is Paper I for Mathematics and Paper II for Physics and Chemistry.
• Mode of Answer: The candidates will have to answer all the questions of the entrance exam in the OMR sheet with the help of a Black and blue ballpoint pen.

• Type of Questions: The entrance exam question paper will contain multiple-choice questions only.
• Marking Scheme: In the entrance exam, each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark.
