JEE Advanced 2024 2nd Round Seat Allotment Result has been Released on 27th June 2024. Online Counselling Registration has been started on 10th June 2024. It will be organized online. JEE Advanced is a national entrance examination organized by IIT, Guwahati.

It is organized to provide admission to the B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, or B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree programs are offered by IITs & ISM, Dhanbad. To appear in the JEE Advanced Exam, candidates must qualify for the main JEE Exam.

Candidates who will be eligible for the exam will be able to participate in the JEE Advanced 2024 consultation process. All counselling activities will be administered by the JOSSA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). The advice will be done via online mode. Applicants must complete all stages of the consultancy process for the allocation of seats. JEE Advanced Counseling 2024 will include several steps, such as registration of tips, filling and blocking of options, temporary allocation of seats, verification of documents, and submission of reports to the assigned university.

JEE Advanced Cut-Off marks for the top 20 percentile will be based on the marks scored by all the qualified candidates in their respective boards in the particular year. The top 20 percentile cut-off for 2024 will be considered for the candidates who pass the class 12th or its equivalent in 2024.

JEE Advanced Rank Predictor 2024 helps the candidates to predict their rank by their scores in the examination. With the use of a rank predictor, the candidate can estimate their rank.

Candidates should follow the following steps during the JEE Advanced 2024 tips:

Registration:

First, applicants must register online to participate in the counselling process. Applicants must complete registration information such as gender, state eligibility code, nationality, etc. No fees will be charged for the registration and filling of options.

Fill-and-block option:

After registration, candidates must log in using their JEE Main 2024 role and password. Complete the maximum options based on your seating preferences. Candidates must block their elections after the electoral process of filling. If students do not block their options, the last saved choices will be blocked automatically.

Provisional Seating:

• Candidates who obtain an assigned seat may download the “Temporary Seat Assignment Letter” and the e-challan. The e-challan will be used to pay the seat acceptance fee.
• Acceptance Seat: Applicants must pay Rs 20,000 for reserved categories and Rs. 45,000 for General

Applicants for Headquarters Acceptance Fee.

• Fees can be paid by SBI Bank Net Banking & e-challan.
• Applicants must print the payment of fees for future use.

Reporting to the assigned centre: After paying the seat acceptance fee, students must inform the assigned centre to verify the document. The confirmation of the seat will be made by the registration centre after verification.

Inform the assigned institutions: Once the vacancy is confirmed, students must report to the institution assigned to complete the admission procedures. Students must attend university before the expiry date.

Documents Required at the time of Reporting

Applicants must submit the required documents to the reporting centre assigned to the verification process. Candidates must bring their original documents with a series of self-copied photocopies.

After verification, the original documents will be returned to the candidates.

• A photo ID card (issued by govt. agency/last attended school/ XII class admit card).

• Date of birth proof (10^th class mark sheet).
• 12^th class or equivalent mark sheet.
• Medical certificate.
• Category certificate (if applicable).
• PwD certificate (if applicable).
• Registration-cum-locked choices for seat allotment.
• Two passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the registration form).
• Passport of the candidate and parents (for foreign nationals), OCI certificate, or PIO card (if applicable).
