JCECE 2024 4th Round Allotment for Agriculture Course has been Released on 8th October 2024. The 4th Round Counselling for Agriculture Course has been Started on 5th October 2024. 3rd Round Seat Allotment was Released on 27th August 2024 for Engineering Course. The 2nd Round Seat Allotment for Engineering Course was released on 8th August 2024. The JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is an entrance test that is widely conducted on the state level and managed by JCECE. Aspiring students apply for the exam to get a degree in Agriculture, Forestry, B.V.Sc, and A.H. The students can apply for Counselling after the result is declared. The exam board organizes the exam for the students to get admission in Engineering and various other courses.

JCECE 2024 Results has been declared on 18th May 2024. The online medium holds counselling under the decision of the JCECE Board. There will be many Counselling sessions. The students will be considered for Counselling as per merit and scores achieved in the exam.

The students will be provided the seat availability details online on the official page. To participate in the interview, the charges will be decided according to the group and the payment can be made through Bank Challan. You will be required to appear at the decided time of the Counselling.

JCECE 2024 Counselling

The applicants can appear in Counselling with the help of the dates provided here. The exam board will get you informed about the dates.

• Counselling is done following the marks gained by students.
• As per the rank of aspirants in the exam, they will participate in Counselling.
• The applicants will be considered for the interview based on the date time and group.
• The aspirants have to carry the critical papers that will be needed while Counselling. The
• The aspirants will not be called individually to participate in the interview.
• When seats are distributed, the applicants are suggested to inform the college to proceed with the admission process.
• If seats are available after the Counselling is organized, then there is another call for Counselling.
• To choose the desired colleges, you must pay RS 400/- to the concerned body. The medium of payment can be challan or IPO if you belong to the SC/ST group, then you only will have to pay RS.250/-.

Procedure for Choice Filling

Step:-1

Candidates will have to register by following the steps given below:-

• Click on the like (Online Counselling for PECE-2024)
• Select the New Registration option will have to enter their application No. And the date of Birth.
• Your details will appear on the Screen. Verify and proceed.

Step:-2

Counselling Fee Payment

The candidate will have to pay the Counselling Fee as given below:-

• General/EWS, BC-I, and BC-II- Rs. 400/-
• ST, SC, and Female Candidate of all Category- Rs. 250/-

Step:-3

Choice filling and locking

• Candidates must choose Branches and institutes according to their preferences and fill them in the form.
• Candidates will also have to lock the filled choices. After choices are locked, they will not be changed.
• Candidates are advised to take a print of selected choices after confirming them. Locking is compulsory. If not done, the system will lock only to save choices after the last date.

Step:-4

The allotment of seats will be done based on the Candidate’s merit cum preference of Choices filled by them and the availability of seats. To check the seat allotment, Candidates will have to log in.

Step:-5

Candidates will have three options.

Option:- 1 Accept the allotment

After accepting the allotment seat, the candidates must pay a non-refundable partial Admission Fee of Rs. 1,000/- online through Payment Gateway, after paying a partial admission fee.

The allotment letter will appear on the screen, print the allotment letter, and report to the allotted institute for verification of documents and admission.

The Candidates will have to produce all original certificates/documents as mentioned in their allotment letter/prospectus as the admission cum certificate verification centre

Option:- 2 Up-gradation of choice

The candidate will have to pay a partial non-refundable admission fee of Rs. 1,000/- and wait to re-allot a seat on vacant seats due to the rejection of seats in first Counselling.

The Documents that are necessary at the time of Counselling

The students will have to get the credentials checked during Counselling. Then they can move to the next Counselling process and will be permitted to provide the institute’s name as per their preference and branches.

For anyone appearing in the JCECE Counselling 2024 needs to bring some of the important papers including a Xerox copy of the papers to take part in Counselling.

• 10th Class/Matric Mark Sheet, Admit Card, and Passing Certificate
• 12th Class Mark Sheet, Admit Card, and Passing Certificate
• Residence Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate issued by S.D.O/D.C. of Jharkhand state (for candidates claiming seat under TFW quota)
• JCECE 2017 Admit Card
• Dependency certificate issued by a competent army officer (for serving Army Personnel/Officers) or Dependency certificate issued by the District  Soldier  Board  (for Ex-servicemen). These certificates are required for candidates claiming reservations under SQM Quota.
• Discharge Certificate (if applicable) /Pension Book for candidates claiming seat under SQM Quota.
• One passport-size photograph same as affixed in the application form.
