• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must have an LLB Degree (Graduation) from a recognized Institute or university BAR council of India.
• Percentage: Candidates who have a degree of law from a foreign reputed University with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply.
• Appearing: Candidates who are appearing final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
• Age limit: to apply candidate’s age should be 21 years of age at the time of applying for the examination.
