IIT Palakkad Admission 2025 Application Form has been Released for Various Courses. The application form can be filled through the following below-listed steps:

For JEE Advanced:

• A notification has been released by the IIT following which the Application Form are officially released.
• The registration link has been available on the official JEE website.
• Candidates must submit the duly filled form together with scanned photographs and photocopies of marks sheets.
• The application fee can be paid online BY credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking.

For MS & Ph.D. Courses:

Application form for MS, Ph.D. courses can be downloaded from the official website of IIT Palakkad. Completed applications can be presented to university along with the required fee (INR 100, INR 50 for SC/ST/PWD) and required documents.

IIT Palakkad 2025 Admissions Process

IITPKD offers a Full-Time B.Tech course in various areas for the duration of four years. Candidates should have scored with a minimum of 75% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination. Selection is performed through the JEE Advanced followed by counseling. IIT Palakkad is offering M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) and Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing and Materials Engineering). Applicants who have cleared the GATE exam or Sponsored by The Company or Foreign Nationals can apply for the M.Tech programs in IIT PKD.

IITPKD also offers Ph.D., MS from the research and PDF at PG and Doctorate level.  Ph.D. is available in three categories, namely, Full-Time Regular, Project Staff and Research Scholar under External Registration System. A master’s degree in an appropriate discipline is the minimum qualification criteria. Admission to MS by Research program is based on the Written Test/ Interview and GATE score. Admission To UG Programs in IIT Palakkad is offered for Joint Entrance Exam Advanced in the qualifier.

Applicants will need to apply through JEE Advanced registration (only JEE Main qualifiers can apply). IIT Palakkad aspirants meeting a specific minimum of JEE-Advanced cut-off would be eligible for additional counseling sessions. The selection of the JEE Advanced qualifiers will be allocated with IITs in line with their rank and category. The allocation of institutes will be achieved byJoSAA, the institute itself has nothing to do. Admission To PG & Ph.D. Programs In IIT Palakkad are offered through Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering (GATE) or UGC/CSIR – National Eligibility Test (NET) succeeded by Personal Interview.
