IIIT Hyderabad 2025 Application Form will be Released soon for Various Courses. International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) is proposing  UG/ PG and Doctoral courses concerning engineering and sciences.

Admission to all courses is made on the basis of the entrance test followed up by the interview. IIT Hyderabad B.Tech the admissions process is based on counseling through the above-mentioned channels.

Meanwhile, the institute conducted one entrance test for The B.Tech admissions – UGEE and SCA. Candidates who have been eligible for the entrance examination had to appear for an interview on the pretext of which they will be offered seats in the institute.

• The application form can be purchased from the Office of the university on paying the application fee in cash.
• Candidates should fill the details with the attention required in the application form.

IIIT Hyderabad 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the IIIT Hyderabad 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Mode	Eligibility	Selection Criteria
DASA UG 2019	Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). Must have completed class 12th class or equivalent by May 2018 or earlier with minimum 60% marks (or 6.0 grade on 10 point scale) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For such candidates, taking an AP Calculus course, AP Physics, or AP Chemistry course is highly recommended. Must also satisfy one of the following requirements: Should have completed 12th or equivalent from outside India by May 2018 or earlier. The candidates should have scored at least 60% marks (or 6.0 grade on 10 point scale) in each of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Must hold a foreign passport Should have appeared in SAT and scored a minimum 1070 aggregate score (out of a maximum of 1600) in SAT, AND Also required to have secured a minimum aggregate score of 2000 (out of a maximum of 2400) in SAT Subject Tests in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Both scores are mandatory. Scores of SAT will be mapped as per the new format using concordance tables available from College Board (USA). Admission through the DASA channel will be through the subject SAT (SAT II) scores. The main SAT scores are used to break ties. Anyone with valid SAT II scores but has not taken SAT, will be considered eligible to apply for admission. For tie-breaking, such candidates SAT score will be treated as missing or equivalent to zero.	Through the SAT and SAT Subject Tests Scores. Both are mandatory. Before the last date of the application form, the test scores should be reported directly to IIIT Hyderabad by the college board. The primary ranking criterion will be the total of SAT Subject Tests Scores in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. All candidates will be ranked based on the total marks first. In the case of a tie in total marks, the following marks (in the given order) will be used to resolve the same. 1. Maths of SAT II 2. Physics of SAT II 3. Chemistry of SAT II 4. A total score of SAT 5. Critical Reading of SAT 6. Mathematics of SAT 7. A tie after this will be resolved with an interview over Skype.

For NTSE-KVPY

IIIT Hyderabad 2025 Admission Procedure

Admission in B.Tech can be conducted on the basis of the entrance test followed by interviews. Final Selection will be made on the basis of interview performance only. The entrance tests are:

• JEE Main

If a candidate has the skilled JEE Main and has requisite ranks then he can apply for a college through the official website.

• JEE Main Cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad 

Higher cutoffs of CSE than ECE. From the below graph one may conclude that students having JEE Main rank under 1000 are anticipated to get admission to CSE.

Whereas students who have a rank under 2800 can expect that they can get the ECE stream in IIITH.

Candidates who qualified for a UDAAN Scheme or those who have 6 years 12th + B.Tech integrated program may apply through this channel.

Admission Test will consist of Subject Proficiency Test of how long it will take 60 minutes.

Course 1: Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech)

• Duration: 4-year | Full-time
• Specialization: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Eng. and Electrical Eng
• Entrance Exam: JEE Main, the next session is scheduled for January 2025 (January 6 – 11, 2025).
• Seat Intake: 130 students/ year.
• Fee Structure: 20% discount for ST/SC/PD students.
• Selection Procedure: JoSAA decides the allocation of seats based on the JEE score.

Course 2: Master in Technology (M.Tech), M.Phil, MSIT & M.Sc.

• Duration: 2 years
• Specialization: Computer Science and Eng, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bioinformatics, and Computational Linguistics.
• Entrance Exam: GATE.
• Selection Procedure: Interview.

Course 3: Ph.D.

• Duration: 4-6 years| Full time.
• Specialization: Engineering, Science, Computational Natural Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Linguistics, Civil Engineering, Spatial Informatics & Exact Humanities.
• Entrance Exam: GATE/ NET qualified.
• Selection Procedure: Interview.
