The HPCET is completely known as the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test and the conducting authority of HPCET is Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) many candidates may apply in the examination of HPCET as per their eligibility criteria.

HPCET 2024 Counselling has been Started on 12th June 2024 and those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for counselling rounds and there will be two rounds of counselling.

The candidates have to carry the required documents at the counselling procedure for verification. After the document verification, the seat allotment procedure will be done for the candidates and the applicants should be necessarily present there.

• The shortlisted applicants need to pay counselling fees to get admission in various B.Tech/B.E courses.
• HPCET counselling will be done to provide admission to the candidates through two rounds of counselling.
• The candidates will be called for HPCET counselling based on the merit list.
• Candidates must report to the HPCET counselling centre.
• After all the formalities of HPCET counselling are completed, the selection letter will be issued to the shortlisted candidates
• At the time of counselling, candidates have to pay a non-refundable University fee of Rs. 3000.
• Candidates can pay it via a Point of Sales (POS) Machine using a Debit/Credit card or through a Demand draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University payable at Hamirpur

Documents to be carried for HPCET Counseling Procedure 2024

• Certificate of having passed the qualifying examination.
• Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University.
• Matriculation/Higher Secondary Part-I/Indian School Certificates showing the date of birth.
• National Level Entrance Examination/ HPCET 2024 Score Card.
• Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
• Bonafide/Domicile Certificate issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
• Physically Challenged Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
• An income certificate issued by the competent authority, if candidates have applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme.
• An affidavit attested by the Executive Magistrate is applied under the Beti Hai Anmol Scheme.
• All Kashmiri migrants must produce a domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority if applied under Supernumerary Kashmiri Migrant Quota.
