How to Fill TS PolyCET 2024 Application Form

- Visit the official website link (link is provided above).
- Click on the “File Application” button.
- Fill in your 10th (SSC) hall ticket number, date of birth, and year of passing.
- Now, click on the “Show Application.”
- In case of forgetting a password, click on the ‘login; or ‘forget password’ button.
Step 1: TS PolyCET 2024 Application Fee
TS Polycet application form fee is Rs. 400/- (General) and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates. Candidates can deposit the application fee in the nearest AP Online/payment gateway/net banking/Helpline centres online.
Step 2: Complete the Personal Data
- Address details: Fill in the details of the complete address, such as the house, town/street, Mandal / city, district, cell number, and PIN.
- City of the exam: complete the city according to your convenience in which you want to appear for the exam. Name: complete a letter in each box and leave a space between your first and last name. Fill in the name according to the records of your school.
- Parent’s Name: Complete your parent’s name as indicated on your school’s certificates.
- Date of birth: Complete the date of birth in the format DD MM YYYY (Date/Month/Year).
- Booking category: complete your caste/category if it belongs to the reservation category.
- Sign the statement according to your physical condition.
Step 3: Download the photo and signature
Click on the “browse” button, choose the file and click on the “upload” button to download the images.
Upload your photo and signature, and do not staple them.
Step 4: Pay the Application Fee
Submit the application form duly signed by your parent/guardian to the nearest IT operator at the AP / Meeseva / Payment Gateway / Net Banking / Help Line.
Pay the registration fee in cash.
Step 4: Get a Hall ticket
- Complete all the details and present them.
- Press the confirmation button to generate your room ticket.
- The admission card will be generated two or three days after the presentation of the application form.
