Those students who wish to get admission to the various government and private polytechnic colleges in West Bengal can apply for the examination of JEXPO by filling out the application form online on 23rd February 2024, which will be available for the candidates.

The Exam will be held in 3rd week of June 2024. Applicants can also fill out the application form through offline mode from all government, government-sponsored & self-financed polytechnics affiliated to WBSCT & VE & SD [Erstwhile WBSCTE] in West Bengal and one Centre in Tripura (for JEXPO only).

Procedure to Fill JEXPO Application Form

Students can fill out the application form for JEXPO by following the procedure mentioned below, and they should have to follow it.

• Visit Official Website: Candidates need to navigate to the official website of the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.
• Registration: Register by providing the necessary details and submit them as required for creating a login account.
• Fill Application Form: Complete the application form by entering personal, educational, contact, and qualifying examination details. Follow the provided instructions carefully.
• Choose Password: Follow the guidelines to select and set a secure password for the application portal.
• Upload Scanned Documents: Upload scanned images of the candidate’s photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression as per the prescribed format.
• Submit Application: Once all details and documents are uploaded, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
• Review Details: Before final submission, carefully review all the filled-in information on the application form for accuracy.
• Payment of Application Fee: Pay the required application fee in cash at any polytechnic college, as specified along with the application.
• Print Application Form: Take two printouts of the filled-in application form for future reference.
• Confirmation SMS: Upon successful submission, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.

Application Fee

Students must have to pay the application fee from the offline mode in one of the polytechnic colleges. The application fee for the online mode application will be Rs. 450/-(Rs. 225/- for Kanyashree), and for offline mode application will be Rs. 500/-(250/- for Kanyashree).
