Latest Applications Open 2024:

CG PPT 2025 Application Form will be available in 1st week of March 2025. The pre-University Examination of Chhattisgarh (CG PPT) is an entrance examination of the polytechnic school. This exam is administered by the Professional Examination Board of Chhattisgarh (CGPEB).

Through this exam, students can obtain admission to various degree courses offered at the various polytechnic schools of Chhattisgarh. Applicants consult here for detailed information on completing the CG PPT 2025 application form.

Candidates can complete the application form by April 2025. It is not necessary to send the printed version form by mail. Take the impression of the completed application form for future use.

How to Fill the CG PPT Application Form 2025

Before completing the application form, candidates must be ready with a photo of the passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm). Applicants should follow the steps outlined in Completing the CG PPT 2025 Application Form.

Step-1: Visit the Official Site

Visit the official site of CG PPT 2025.
Search the link “On-Line Application Form PPT 2025”.
Click on the link.
The Application Form will be opened.
Read the instructions carefully & proceed further.

Step-2: Fill in Personal & Course Details

Before completing the application form, applicants must complete their basic information. The details are: is a citizen of India, request for examination, the Name of the candidates, the Name of the father, date of birth, the Name of the mother, category, sex, registration number of the 10th class, CG Home, etc.

Step-3: Upload Scanned Images & Fill Other Details

Now, Candidates have to upload their photograph, signature & thumb impression. To upload scanned images, follow these instructions.

Click on the link “Download Image Format”.
Take the printout of the Image Format.
Paste the photograph.
Write your Name & put your signature in the given box.
Put your left-hand thumb impression.
Now, scan the image format in a JPG/JPEG Format.
Save the scanned image.
The size of the image is not more than 50 KB.
Upload the Scanned Image Format by clicking on the “Browse” button.

Applicants must also complete other details such as Religion, Family BPL, Migrant Status J & K, Family Status “Krishak”, Two Identification Marks, Mobile Number, Email, House Number, Street Name, City, Post Office, District, State, City Preference Review, etc.

Step 4: Accept the Declaration

Now, Candidates have to read the declaration carefully.
Click on the “I Agree”.
Accept the declaration.
Enter the security code.
Click on the “Submit” button.
A confirmation window will be displayed on the screen.
If candidates need correction in filled details, click the “Edit” button.
Click on the “Continue” button to submit the form.
Candidates will receive a “Registration Id” in their registered email ID & mobile number after successfully submitting the application form.

Step-5: Fee Payment

After completing the application form, applicants must submit the application fee. The application fee is Rs. 200 for the general category, Rs. 150/- for the OBC category, and Rs. 100/- for the SC / ST category. Fees can be paid by credit/debit card / net bank or E-Challan.

Click on the “Pay” button.
The New Window will be opened where “Registration Initiated” is written.
Enter your “Registration Number” & “Payment” details & submit the fee.
Take the printout of the application form after the fee payment.
