How to Fill Bihar Polytechnic Application Form 2024

Candidates must follow the steps to fill out and submit the Application Form.

Step-1: Online Registration

Applicants can complete the Application Form only in online mode. The candidate must visit the official link for online registration. Then, the candidate must click the link “Request DCECE [PE/EPP/PMD/PM] -2024”. After clicking on the link, the new page is open. The candidate has to read the instructions carefully. Click on the button “Agree & Continue.”

• Course Group: Candidates have to write the course for which they appear in DCECE 2024 (Write – PE/PPE/PMD/PM)
• Name of the Candidate: Write your first, middle, and last names in the boxes. The candidate’s name spelling should be written the same as mentioned in the mark sheet of the Matric.
• Date of Birth (D.O.B.): Select your date of birth in the column. In the first box, you write the date of your birth, then in the second box, you have to write the month of your birth (if you were born in March, write 03), and in the third box that is given, write the year of your birth.
• Permanent Resident: Select YES or NO if you are a Permanent Resident of Bihar.
• Regional Eligibility: Candidate has to select their local eligibility option.
• Category: Write the category from which you belong, i.e., GEN (General Category), S.C. (Scheduled Caste), S.T. (Scheduled Tribe), E.B.C. (Extremely Backward Class), B.C. (Backward Class).
• Mobile No.: Candidate has to enter their ten-digit mobile number for further communication.
• E-mail ID: Enter your email ID for future communication.
• Password: Enter the Password & save it for further use.
• Security Question/Security Answer: Select Security Question & write Security Answer.
• Captcha Text: Enter the given captcha verification.

After completing all the details, click on the “Save” button. If you fill in incorrect information, click “No, I want to change my information.” Otherwise, click “Yes, I confirm that my data is correct.” After successful registration, your registration number is provided. Note it for future use.

Step 2: Examination Fee

After successful registration, you must enter your username (Registration No.) & password & click on the Login button.

Now you have to pay the fees for the Application Form. You can pay the rates either online or offline. If you must pay off-line prices, click “Print your Challan bank here.” And if you have to pay the fees in online mode, click on “Click to make a payment online.”

• For 1 group: 750/- (Rs.480/- for SC/ST)
• For 2 groups: 850/- (Rs.530/- for SC/ST)
• For 3 groups: 950/- (Rs.630/- for SC/ST)
• For 4 groups: 1150/- (Rs.730/- for SC/ST)

Only VISA & MASTER Card is applicable in online payment mode.

Step-3: Personal Information

After the fee payment, the Candidate must click the “Fill The Personal Information” link.

Candidates have to fill out the “Entries” carefully. The candidate has to upload their scanned photograph & Hindi & English signature in the given box. After filling in entries & uploading the scanned documents, a candidate has to click the submit button. Review and confirm your data before submission.

Step-4: Educational Information

The candidate has to click on” Fill the Education Information” & fill in their educational qualification information. Then, click on the submit button.

After completing the form, a candidate can download the Application Form (PART A & PART B). Candidate keeps one copy of the application with themselves & send another copy to the board’s office. If the candidate sees the uploaded images are wrongly uploaded, they can correct it during the correction period. The candidate must paste the photograph he uploaded in the online application form in the hard copy given box. The candidate has also signed the Hindi/English signature in the given box.

Step-5: Submission of the Application

After completing all the information, the applicant must send the application form (PART A and PART B), the Challan Bank, and a photocopy of the relevant document to the address indicated. The candidate must send all the documents provided by the publication of the speed. On the envelope, the candidate must write “Request for DCECE (PE / PP / PMD / PM) -2024”, Course Group (e.g. Course Group – P.E.). The envelope size is 17 cm x 30 cm and is yellow.
