AIBE (XIX) 2024 Application Form has been available on 3rd September 2024. AIBE (All Bar Examinations of India) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Council of the Bar Association. India. The AIBE Exam is conducted for students who have passed the law degree and wish to practice voluntarily.

If the Candidate Qualifies for the Entrance Examination, it will be awarded by the Council of Bars and Law Societies of India (BCI) with the “certificate of practice” degree. The Exam takes place in 40 cities across India. The document will be published in 11 languages.

How to Apply Step-by-Step Procedure

To apply for AIBE 2024, candidates have to follow some steps given below:

Step 1: Before registration, keep these documents ready

• An advocate ID card (if issued by the State Bar Council).
• Enrollment Certificate.
• Scanned photo & signature.
• Category Certificate (if applicable).
• Disability Certificate (if applicable).

Step 2: Registration

• Visit the official site and click on Register Here.
• Enter Your Enrollment number, year, and state name.
• Fill out the registration form, including your name, date of birth, address, and education.
• Enter your registration number with the status code according to your registration certificate.
• Then click on the Next button.
• Upload your documents, and after completion, click the ‘save button’.
• After that Registration Number & Password are generated and shall be sent to your mobile & e-mail ID.

Step 3: Log in

• After sending, check your email ID for the registration number and password.
• Click on the “Log in here” button.
• Enter your Registration number and password. Then click on the login button.
• The candidate will see their Registration details and Must click on the print Challan Button.

Step 4: Fee Payment.

• After clicking the Challan Print button, make an impression of the challan.
• After 24 hours of registration, go to an SBI agency to make the payment with the printed copy of the challan.
• The payment method must be challan bank SBI only. No other method of payment would be acceptable.
• Make the payment at the bank. You have obtained a sealed and signed copy of the challan with you.

Step 5: Fill Fee Details.

• The application fee is Rs. 3560 (for general/OBC) and Rs. 2560 (for SC/ST).
• The fee payment will be made through the SBI bank challan only.
• Again log into your account using the same registration number & password (After 24 hrs of payment in the bank).
• You will see your Registration details and now Click on the upload challan & details button.
• Upload your challan and enter the journal number, branch code & date of challan from your challan copy.
• Click the submit button, then.

Step 6: Print the Application Form

• Go back and click on the Application form button.
• Take a printout of the application form for your reference.
• At last, check your photograph, signature & details on the application form.
• Do not send the hard copy of the Application Form or other documents to the Bar Council of India.
