Haryana Polytechnic 2024 2nd Round Choice Filling has been Started on 3rd July 2024 for Diploma Engg. (Lateral Entry). 1st Round Choice Filling for Diploma Engineering has been Started on 28th June 2024. It is organized by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). The candidates can get admission in the different courses in the institutions and colleges of Haryana State.

The Haryana Polytechnic may not allow the entrance exam for the first year of diploma courses for the candidate. The candidate should have the Good qualifications to be admitted to these courses.

• Firstly, The candidate should have registered for this exam through the website
• before submitting the registration form, the candidate has to pay the counselling fee, and the fee is Rs.500/-.
• Those candidates filled out the form after paying the fee confirmation; they can fill in the other details as per their choice.
• To fill in the choices, candidates must log in with their ID and Password.
• The candidates can fill in all choices to get the seat allotted for counselling and make higher chances after filling in a maximum number of choices.
• On the official website of Haryana Polytechnic, the candidates can get the seat allotment result.
• The candidates only will be selected based on seat availability and filling capability in the registration form of counselling.

Payment of Counselling Fee

The students will have to submit the fee of Rs.500/- after completing the form.

They can’t take part in the seat distribution in the counselling after paying the fee. Those not paying the fee will not participate in the next counselling session.

Choice Filling

This is the first step of counselling that requires you to mention the names of colleges in the form and will be given the lists of colleges to choose from.

Seat Distribution

The candidates will be given a seat in their chosen college after being selected as per marks and merits. They must report to the Head of the College when provided with a seat.

Document Verification

When the counselling is done, you must inform the college you want to be admitted to. Still, if you cannot appear at the exact time of counselling, applicants can count themselves out of procedures.

You must present yourself with important documents such as mark sheets etc. The papers you appear at the time of counseling should be precise and correct. If they don’t find the documents authentic, you will not be considered for further counselling.
