Latest Applications Open 2024:
The entrance exam is organized in Offline mode means pen and paper-based mode. The Exam will be held on 6th & 7th April 2024. And questions paper should be completed within three hours of duration.
Language: The question paper is available in English as well as in the Hindi language. The questions will be objective-type questions asked in the Examination. The question paper is of a total of 100 marks.
The Examination will be of 3 hours duration. Scheme of Written Examination of JET 2024.
- Examining all film wing courses, i.e. Papers 1 to 9, will be conducted in the morning session (3 hours, 100 marks).
- Similarly, Examinations for all the TV wing courses (FTII) and EDM courses (SRFTI), i.e. Papers 10 to 15, will be conducted in the afternoon session. (3 hours, 100 marks).
- Each Question Paper will have a maximum of 100 marks, further sub-divided into 30 marks for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 70 for Descriptive Answers.
- The answers to Multiple Choice Questions must be marked on the OMR sheet(s) provided to the candidate.
NOTE: A candidate can apply for only one course in the Film Wing group and only one from the Television (FTII) / Electronic and Digital Media (SRFTI) group.

The test papers will carry a maximum of 100 Marks, divided into three sections: 30 Marks for MCQ and 20 Marks Media specific descriptive. (related to Television / Electronic and Digital Media Specific specializations) and 50 marks Area Specific Descriptive (related to Respective Specialisations)
