Biology Syllabus:
Zoology: Origin of life, Organic evolution, Mechanism of organic evolution, Human genetics and eugenics, Applied Biology, Anatomy of mammals (for example, Rabbit), Animal physiology, and Comparison between Periplaneta and Blatta.
Botany: plant cell, protoplasm, ecology, ecosystem, genetics, seeds in angiosperm plants, fruits, cell differentiation, plant tissue, root anatomy, stem and leaf, important species, soil, and photosynthesis.
For Integrated MA/BBA/ Integrated BA LLB (Hons)/ Integrated M.Sc./ B.Voc/ Diploma Courses:
There will be only one test paper for these courses. The syllabus will comprise English, Numerical Aptitude/Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, Reasoning, General Aptitude, and General Knowledge subjects/topics.

The CUCET (CUET) 2024 Exam Pattern is very helpful for candidates to understand the pattern or structure of the examination, and it is a good way to a better CUCET (CUET).

B.Sc. Mathematics
Bachelor’s degree in Science with Mathematics as the main subject with 55% marks [50% in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD] in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
B.Sc. Chemistry
Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science with 55% marks [50% in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD] and Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
B.Sc. Physics
Bachelor’s degree in Science with 55% marks [50% in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD] in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics as the main subject from recognized Indian or foreign University.

B.Sc. Statistics
Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as the main subject with 55% marks [50% in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD] in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
M.Tech. Computer Science & Technology
B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Communication from a recognized Indian or Foreign University/ Graduates [AMIETE/AMIE] from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers [IETE] in Computer Science & Engineering with minimum 55% marks. [50% in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD] Preference will be given to candidates having valid GATE scores.
CUCET (CUET) 2024 Paper pattern
- The CUCET (CUET) Exam Pattern contains two parts- Part A & Part B
- Part A: English Language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude, and analytical skills – comprising 25 MCQs
- Part B: Domain Knowledge – comprising of 75 MCQs. This part may consist of one/two/three or more sections. Each section can have 25 or more questions. An applicant must answer a set of ‘X’ sections [75 questions] as specified on the front cover of the Test Question Booklet. However, he must ensure that he fills the right circles in the OMR Sheet corresponding to the question numbers attended.
- For Admission to some Integrated Courses / B.Voc. / MBA / MCA / LLB or any other general course[s], only one paper comprising 100 MCQs covering English language, reasoning, data interpretations/ numerical ability, general awareness and analytical skills will be held.
- Each paper will be only of Two Hours Duration.
- There will be a negative marking in CUCET (CUET). Each correct answer will carry 01 marks, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Questions not attempted will not be assessed or considered for preparing a final merit list.
