Chandigarh NEET Counselling 2024 Provisional Merit List has been Released on 21st August 2024. Online Registration has been started on 10th August 2024. The Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, will conduct the Centralized Admission Counselling 2024. The Chandigarh NEET Counseling 2024 will be organized from November 2024 through offline mode.

By centralized counselling, candidates can apply for MBBS/BDS/BHMS bachelor’s degree programs. The counselling is done for admission to various state medical and dental colleges.

So, candidates seeking admission can fill out the online application form. The merit list for MBBS and BDS admission will be released after counselling.

Counselling Process for Chandigarh MBBS/BDS 2024

The online application form will be available on the website. The candidates must fill out the application form online within the given period. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before filling out the application form.

The candidate has to fill out the form, submit it, and take a printout. Along with other documents, the application form should be sent to the authority. The candidates are selected for a particular seat based on the merit list and eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria 2024

• Candidates who will qualify for the NEET 2024 shall apply for Counselling.
• The candidate must be above 17 years as of 31^st December 2024.
• The candidate should have passed the 12^th class exam, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English.
• A minimum of 50% is required for the general category, 40% for SC/ST, and 45% for Physically Disabled candidates.
• Note: The candidates who are citizens of India can apply under the categories of UT Chandigarh Pool and All India Quota.

Admission Procedure for Chandigarh MBBS/BDS Counselling 2024

• The list of qualified candidates will be displayed on the websites; the qualified candidates in NEET 2024 can apply for counselling.
• The candidate will have to reach on time at the reporting centre; if they reach late at the reporting centre, they will be considered based on marks obtained in NEET.
• Candidates filling out the application form can enter college choices during counselling.
• Candidates will be allotted seats during the counselling rounds.
• As per the score of the candidates, the seats will be allotted to them.
• The final seat allotment will be done after the completion of the document verification process.
• Candidates must arrive on time at the allotted college with all the documents between the given period and an allotment Letter.

• Scheduled Tribes: 7.5%
• Other Backward Class: 5%
• Physically Disability: 02%
• General: 63%
