Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test, popularly known as CG PPT, is held for the admission of engineering degree in Chhattisgarh’s government and private polytechnic institutions. The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB), also known as CG Vyapam, is the review authority of CG PPT.

Admission is based on the merit of the candidate for the entrance test. The Board of Directors will tentatively invite the CG PPT 2024 Application Form from the Last week of March 2024.

CG PPT 2024 Eligibility

It is suggested that candidates read the CG PPT 2024 eligibility criteria before completing the application form. Here, we have mentioned the complete eligibility requirements for CG PPT 2024.

Domicile Eligibility

• Candidate must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
• Candidates should have the domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh state.

Qualification Eligibility

• The requisite qualification for admission to diploma engineering is the 10th or its equivalent examination passed from the recognized board of Chhattisgarh or any other recognized board of India.
• Aspirants have to pass the qualifying examination with Science and Mathematics subjects.
• The candidates must pass Mathematics and Science separately at the qualifying examination.
• Candidates from the general category must score at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination (10th). No minimum marks will be required for reserved category candidates; they must secure only passing marks in the 10th/matriculation exam.

Age Criteria

• The age of the applicants should not be more than 30 years as of 1st week of July 2024.
• Candidates whose age is more than 30 years will not be eligible for admission.
