CENTAC Cut of Important Instructions
The candidates can know the instructions for the CENTAC Cutoff by following the details below.
- The Centralized Admission Committee will decide the CENTAC Cut Off marks for candidates.
- Based on Cut Off marks, the candidates will be allotted to different colleges, such as private and unaided professional colleges, including the minority colleges and UT of Puducherry, as per the Government quota seats.
- The CENTAC provides 480 B.Tech courses for candidates, and only those candidates will be selected; those will get higher or minimum Cut Off marks.
- Those candidates will belong to UT of Puducherry and other state union territories; they will be selected in the separate Cut Off list.
- Those aspirants will secure qualified marks in the H.S.C examination; they will get the cutoff marks after normalizing the marks or equivalent examination.
- Based on Union territory, another state, and JEE Main scores, the Cut Off marks will be prepared by the Admission Committee.
- Candidates will be selected in the Cut Off list as per their category, and the reserve categories are OBC, ST, and SC.
- The different branches, such as Civil and Mechanical Engineering, also decide cutoff marks.
