• The candidates have to enter their roll number and submit it.

Documents Required at the time of the interview

The following list of documents are needed at the time of the interview in original and photocopy:

• The hard copy of the online generated application form with e-receipt of Challan (Application Fee) downloaded from a system.
• Proof of Date of Birth and Age – Class X admit card & mark sheet are required containing the Date of Birth to be submitted during the personal interview.
• Original Mark Sheet and Certificates of all preceding examinations starting from the School Board examination. Mark sheets / Grade Sheets / Degree Certificates of all academic records. Candidates whose qualifying examination results and certifications are not available while applying are required to provide an Original passed Mark Sheet with requisite eligibility from the concerned Institution during the time of the Interview.
• GATE / GPAT scorecard (based on the data provided by the candidates)
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• E physically disabled candidates, who have submitted their applications, must bring the necessary certificates issued by the Government of West Bengal at the time of the Interview for consideration. Caste certificate (if applicable) issued by the Government of West Bengal. OBC (with Non-Creamy Layer) and SC or ST community certificate. A Domicile certificate, if applicable, must be submitted as per the prescribed format during the personal interview.
• Candidates must bring with them the “No Objection Certificate / Sponsorship Certificate” (as per the prescribed form) from their employers in case they are currently used, failing which they will not be entertained.
• The candidate may note that failing to produce requisite documents in original at the time of the Interview, his / her candidature will be rejected.
• The candidate who failed to appear at the Entrance Test will not be eligible for an interview. If a candidate cannot appear at the interview on the scheduled date & time, his / her candidature will be cancelled.
• University reserves the right to withdraw the admission in case the candidate DOES NOT fulfil the minimum qualification / required percentage of marks in the qualifying examination or supplies any false information, as the case may be
• No TA/DA and accommodation shall be provided to be candidates for attending the Entrance test and Interview.
