BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Answer Key will be Releasing Soon. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University supervises admissions into B.Ed. and B.Ed.(Special Education) Programs through Entrance Test for the school year 2023-21. Admissions are made rigorously of merit in the Entrance Test. Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria established by the University will be admitted.

The Application Form of entrance exam for B.Ed. and B.Ed. (Special Education) Programs will be accessible from 21st April 2023, the last date for the submission of the online form is 22nd May 2023.

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Important Dates

Interested applicants can apply online for the entrance test. The scheduled dates of the entrance exam are given in the following table:

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Application Form

They can fill the BRAOU B.Ed Admission 2023-24 Application Form online. The Application Form will be released at the official site of the university www.braouonline.in. Applicants should keep all important papers before filling the Application Form.

• BRAOU B.Ed (SE) 2023 Application Form has been Released on 21st April 2023. The Last Date to Submit the Application Form is 22nd May 2023.
• In the Application Form, the applicants must provide details such as their name, father’s name, date of birth, age, gender, mobile number, email id, qualifying exam passing marks, passing year, institute name, etc.
• A scanned copy of the candidate’s photograph and a signature will also be uploaded to the Application Form.
• It is the exclusive responsibility of applicants to ensure that all the entries made in the form are true and correct. Any mistake form will make it liable for rejection.
• After providing all significant details in the Application Form, the candidates can submit it online.
• Applicants must take a printout of the filled-in Application Form and keep it safe for use in the future.

Application fee:

To complete the implementation process, the candidates are also required to submit the Application Form.

• • The application fee will be Rs. 400/- if paid for by debit card/ credit card or Rs. 435/- if you are paying through AP/ TS Online franchise center.
  • Pay the registration fee of Rs. 400/- through Debit/Credit card on or before June 2023.
  • Pay the registration fee of Rs. 435/- through any AP/TS ONLINE FRANCHISE CENTRES located across AP and Telangana on or before 3rd June 2019.
  • Application Fee once paid is Non-Refundable.

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.

• Candidates with at least 50% mark either on Bachelor’s Degree (BA/B.Sc./B.Com./BCA/ B.Sc. (Home Science)/ BBM) and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce (the relevant subject of Methodology) are entitled
• B.E/B. Tech. with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification which is equal thereto, are eligible for admission to the program
• On The Other Hand, the candidates who belong to the SC/ST/BC/PH should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam
• Candidates who are appearing for the final year exam in the Qualifying Exam (Bachelor or a Master’s Degree) can also be applied. But they are required to submit the Marks Memo and Passé Certificate (Provisional Certificate) of the Qualifying Exam at the time of admission. Otherwise, they are not allowed for admission.

Eligibility for B.Ed Entrance Examination

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidate should have passed with at least 50% marks either BA/BSC/BCom/BCA/BSC (Home Science)/BBM & other Master’s Degree.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 55% marks in BE/BTech with Science & Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• A candidate who is appearing for the final year examination in Bachelor/Master’s is also eligible to apply for the examination.
• Apart from the above candidate must fulfill any one of the following conditions as per NCTE-2014 Regulations.
• Should be Trained in-service Teachers in Elementary Education (NCTE recognized Teacher Training completed in-service Teachers in Elementary Education i.e., working Govt/Aided/Local Body/ Govt. Recognized Schools).
• Should have completed the NCTE recognized Teacher Education program in Elementary Education through face-to-face mode (TTC/D.Ed./D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./TPT/HPT/UPT/B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed.-Qualification is the must).
• The candidate should have completed 21 years as of 1st July 2023. 
• There is no upper age limit to apply.

Eligibility for B.Ed (SE) Entrance Examination

• The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
• Candidates with at least 50% percent mark either in the Bachelor’s Degree.
  (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./ B.Sc.(Home Science)/BBM) and a Master’s Degree.
• B.E/B.Tech. With specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any
  other qualification equivalents thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
• Weightage to be given to the candidates fulfilling any one of the following conditions:
  i. Parent of a child with a disability, Possessing Disability Certificate issued by the
  Competent Authority.
  ii. A person with a disability, possessing Disability Certificate issued by the Competent
  Authority.
  iii. Possession of any RCI-approved Diploma/Degree.
• Candidates who are appearing for final year examination in Qualifying Examination
  (Bachelor or a Master’s Degree) can also apply. But they are required to submit the Marks
  Memo and Passé Certificate (Provisional Certificate) of the Qualifying Examination at
  the time of admission. Otherwise, they are not allowed for admission.
• The reservation for SC/ST/BC/PWD categories shall be as per the rules in vogue
• The candidate should have completed 19 years as of 1st July 2023. 
• There is no upper age limit to apply.

• The candidate must have completed the 21 years as of 01st July 2023. No upper age limit (The reservation for SC/ST/BC/PH the category shall be as per the rules in force)

The syllabus to BRAOU B.Ed entrance exam is given as:

General English Comprehension: Reading Comprehension, Correction of Sentences, Articles, Prepositions, Tenses, Spelling, Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms, Transformation of Sentences- Simple, Compound and Complex, Voices, Direct Speech, and Indirect Speech.

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Admit Card

BRAOU B.Ed (SE) 2023 Admit Card has been Released on 2nd June 2023. The admit card will be issued to candidates who submit their applications in time. The candidates will be able to download the admit using their information such as application number, date of birth, etc.

Applicants should carry the admit card to the exam center or else they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The candidates must admit the card safe until the entire process of admission is passed.

BRAOU Exam Centre

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Result

The BRAOU B.Ed 2023 entrance exam result will be declared in the online mode. Applicants will be able to check the result from the official website of the university.

A merit list will be established based on marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. The selection of applicants will be done as per their names in the merit list.

BRAOU B.Ed 2023 Counseling

Candidates with a successful clear Entrance exam will be eligible for counseling. Counseling will be done on the 3rd week of August 2023. BRAOU B.Ed does not have 19 centers.

Counseling will be based on marks scored in BRAOU B.Ed Entrance Exam. Candidates have to report as quickly as possible to take into B.Ed course after allocation of Seats.

Candidates’ seats may get canceled if they don’t report about the given date & time.

BRAOU B.Ed Selection Procedure

• The candidate’s Selection process will be done based on the performance in the BRAOU B.Ed Entrance Exam conducted by BRAOU.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks scored in the Entrance Exam.
