Bihar MBBS/BDS Admission 2024 1st Round Provisional Seat Allotment has been Released on 27th August 2024. Counselling Registration & Choice Filling has been Started on 23rd August 2024. Rank Card has been Released on 21st August 2024. Registration was Started on 15th August 2024. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Patna, is conducting the MBBS and BDS admission for the candidates, and those applicants who are eligible and interested to get admission in these programs can fill out the application form through online mode.

Those applicants will meet the eligibility criteria, and if they have scored qualified marks in the NEET UG examination, they can participate in the counselling procedure. Those applicants will be eligible for these programs based on their eligibility criteria. As per the marks of candidates in NEET-UG, the applicants can fill out the application form. In the various medical and dental institutes of Bihar states, MBBS/BDS admission can be made only by the NEET Entrance Exam.

After qualifying in the NEET Entrance Examination, the NTA will Prepare the Merit List by which seats will be Allotted to the NEET Qualified Candidates.

The applicants should have checked their eligibility criteria before filling out the application form, and all participating candidates have to check it.

• Candidates should belong to Indian Citizenship.
• The applicants should be qualified in NEET with an excellent score to get admission to Bihar MBBS and BDS.
• Candidates should be qualified in Class XII or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• They should score at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. For SC/ST/BC/EBC category, it is 40%.
• The age of candidates should not be less than 17 years of age on or before the last week of December 2024.
• The age of candidates should not be more than 25 on the 1st week of May 2024, which means they should be born after May 7, 1995.
• The applicants should be a resident of Bihar.

Selection Procedure/ Counseling 2024

The NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) UG-scored students can participate in the Counseling. The selected candidates should have to reach the counselling centre on the provided schedule through the authority.

Candidates should also carry the required documents to the counselling centre for verification. Once the Candidates qualify for the NEET entrance examination, the MCC and DGHS, to provide Admission, will conduct the counselling process into 15% AQI Seats and 85% State Quota seats.

As per the rank obtained in the NEET Entrance Exam, options filled and seat availability, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.
