Admission Procedure

Admissions to engineering courses will be offered nationally, and entry exams at the state level. Candidates may appear on the exam by completing the application form.

When qualifying for the entrance exam, candidates will be asked to receive advice to provide admissions. Applicants may also appear on the university entrance examination for admission to a particular university.

Entrance Exam

Candidates may appear on one of the entrance exams to obtain admission to B. Tech courses offered in the state. Admissions will be offered through the JEE National Entry Examination for B.Tech and JEE Advanced for admission to IIT.

The statewide admission process is also conducted for engineering courses named Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

Applicants may also appear on the college-level exams of SRMJEEE, AEEE, and VITEEE. For M.Tech courses, candidates must apply for the GATE National Entrance Exam.
