General Eligibility:
- Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian National.
- Residence: The candidate should belong to the Andhra Pradesh state and must satisfy the local/non-local status requirements.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should complete their bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the relevant field.
- Minimum Marks (Engineering): Candidates applying for engineering courses must secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- Minimum Marks (Pharmacy): Students must secure at least 55% marks (50% for SC & ST candidates) in the qualifying examination for pharmacy courses.

| Domicile | Candidates should be permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. The documents to prove their domicile must be ready with them. |
| Age Limit | The lower age limit of the candidates is 21 years. There is no upper age limit. |
| Educational Qualification | Candidates must have completed their qualifying exam of B.E./ B.Tech successfully. |
| Required Marks | General category candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination. Reserved category candidates should have secured 40% marks as an aggregate. |
| GATE 2024 | GATE-qualified candidates are eligible for direct admissions. |
